With a clear objective and within the client\'s budget, the analysts' team develops a realistic plan to deliver a product that meets the specified requirements. It starts with defining the development team configuration: roles, skills, and the number of experts needed to create the right product.
Then, the analysts' team creates an initial product roadmap that explains the specific value the development team will work on in a specified period to achieve the established goal. Based on this roadmap, the client is provided with a simulation of the production costs of the comprehensive solution ready for launch. The client is also informed in advance about all essential proposals and potential risks that may be encountered.
